- Frame: The X-500 is made of PVC and uses a double pin retention system to secure the lens to the frame. The unique side grooves allow the goggle to be worn over glasses.
- Lens: The double lens construction creates a thermal barrier resulting in reduced fogging. The interior lens is constructed of .7mm acetate and the exterior lens is constructed of 1.44mm polycarbonate.
- Strap: The adjustable black strap is constructed of nylon fiber. It is 60cm in length and 45cm in width. The strap provides 120% extension.
- Foam: Face foam is 8mm thick and is constructed of soft PVC.
